
Director, Kaduna State Fire Service, Paul Aboi noted that "we often put more emphasis on not too relevant issues more than preventive and very affordable fire safety measures to avoid fire disasters".
"Whether in the offices or at home, we need to acquaint ourselves with integrated fire fighting techniques, which include Prevention, Protection and Reaction in order to know what to do before, during or after any fire outbreak," he added.
Responding, Head of Operations, EFCC Kaduna office, Ibrahim Bappah, commended the Service for the in-depth enlightenment.
"At the EFCC, safety is one of our watchword, considering the type of job we do which has to do with handling sensitive documents, lives and properties in our custody," he said.

Highlight of the event was the presentation of some fire extinguishers to the EFCC, which was received by Bappah on behalf of Ibrahim Magu, the acting EFCC Chairman.
In attendance at the event are Ya'u Abdullahi Mahmud, Director Relief and Natural Disaster Management, Abubakar Ibrahim Director Admin and Finance Kaduna State Emergency Management Agency.
