The Port Harcourt Zonal Head of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Chief Detective Superintendent( CDS) Aliyu Naibi has called on officers and ratings of the Nigerian Navy, to join hands with the EFCC in tackling the menace of economic and financial crimes.
He made the call on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at the Nigerian Navy Intelligence School, Ubima, Rivers State, while delivering a lecture on the “History, Roles and Organization of the EFCC" to trainee officers and ratings of the Navy.

EFCC Arrests Club Owner, 14 Others For Alleged Internet Fraud In Lagos

Operatives of the Lagos Zonal Office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, have arrested a club owner, Emeka Williams Kingsley, alongside 14 other suspected internet fraudsters in Lagos.
Kingsley, owner of Glass House, a club in the Abule Egba area of Lagos, was arrested alongside Adesoye Hussain Kehinde, Seun Joseph Adefala, Adebayo Gbadebo, Adebogun Olumuyiwa Adebowale, Aruna Ikoghane Odunayo, Israel Oluwatoyin, Junaid Idris Oladimeji, John Nnachi Ugochukwu, Oluwadare Olaiyan Aboderin, Ridwan Temitope Dada, Amosu Johnson Toby, Jimoh Kazeem Tunde, Oyemade Michael and Akeem Dada.

The Chairman, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Abdulrasheed Bawa, today May 20, 2021 charged members of the boards of federal parastatals, commissions and agencies to make transparency and accountability their watchword.
The EFCC boss gave the advice at Fraser Suites Abuja, while presenting a paper on the Role of the EFCC in the Prevention of Economic and Financial Crimes in the Public Sector, as part of induction activities for the new board members, organized by the Bureau of Public Service Reforms, BPSR.

The Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Akwa Ibom State Command, Matthew Olufemi Olonisaye has commended the consistency of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC in fighting corruption, economic and financial crimes in the country.
Olonisaye gave the commendation on Thursday, May 20, 2021 when he led his team on a courtesy visit to the Uyo Zonal Office of the Commission, where he was received by the Zonal Head CDS Nwanneka Nwokike.
