Bawa Charges Youths On Integrity.

Chairman of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Mr. Abdulrasheed Bawa has called on youths across the country to uphold the values of integrity, in order to lend their voices to the anti-graft campaign of the Commission. According to him, such values would boost the EFCC's efforts in tackling the menace of youth involvement in economic and financial crimes in the country.
Bawa gave the charge on May 22, 2023, through, Deputy Director, Creative Engagements, DCE Nwayinma Okeanu at the launch of an Integrity Club at Nature-Nurtured Basic Academy, Chukuku, Kuje, Abuja.
EFCC Tasks Students On Integrity In Sokoto

The Sokoto Zonal Commander of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Assistant Commander of the EFCC, ACE 1 Aliyu Yunusa has tasked students across the country to inculcate the values of integrity in their dealings as a way of tackling the twin menace of economic and financial crimes in Nigeria.
He made the call on Thursday May 25, 2023 while on an enlightenment campaign alongside EFCC/ NYSC Community Service Club at the Usmaniyya and Gamji Schools of Health Technology, both in Sokoto.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Thursday, May 25, 2023, arraigned one Titilayo O. Eboh and three companies before Justice S.U Bature of the FCT High Court, Maitama Abuja on a three count charge bordering on obtaining under false pretense, foreign exchange malpractices and money laundering to the tune of N2,245,095,000, 000 (Two Billion, Two Hundred and Forty Five Million, Ninety Five Thousand Naira Only). The money was received from various organizations as forex investment but allegedly diverted by the defendant.
She was arraigned alongside her companies, Chayomi Aluminum Ltd, Chayomi Petroleum Ltd and Chayomi Multi Services Limited.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Thursday, May 25, 2023, inducted 115 Detective Inspectors into its Service at the Police Mobile Force Training College, Ende Hills, Akwanga, Nasarawa state.
The Reviewing Officer of the Passing Out Parade and Executive Chairman of the EFCC, Abdulrasheed Bawa, congratulated the graduating Cadets and charged them to be diligent in contributing their quota in the fight against economic and financial crimes. ”Cadets, I urge you all to be committed to the profession you have signed up for. It is crucial for you to know that law enforcement, especially in the field of economic and financial crime is a crucial national service”.
